What makes Advantix different to other flea treatments?
For starters, Advantix is just for dogs. Advantix stops fleas in their tracks. Within three minutes of treating your dog, all fleas and their larvae are gone. Advantix also protects your dog from nasty paralysis ticks, which are common all year round in warmer areas of Australia, as well as a heap of seriously annoying bugs, like mozzies, lice and ticks.
How do I use Advantix?
Just squirt one of the applicators inside the pack onto the skin at the back of your dog’s neck – and that’s it! Treat your dog once per month for fleas or once every fortnight if you live in an area prone to paralysis ticks.
What’s the difference between Advantage, Advocate and Advantix?
We understand the confusion. So - Advantage is effective against fleas, and it’s available for dogs and cats. Advantix is only available for dogs only, and it protects them from fleas as well as ticks. Advocate, on the other hand, keeps dogs and cats safe from fleas, worms and heartworm. If you're not sure which is best for your bet, feel free to get in touch and we'll give you a hand!
