NoFraud Transaction Monitoring

Our website is built to detect instances of online fraud automatically. Banks have several procedures in place to protect you as well. Now, to provide an extra level of protection against credit card fraud, Habitat has partnered with NoFraud Transaction Monitoring.

NoFraud is a service that screens online transactions on our behalf to detect potentially fraudulent activity.

If you receive an email from NoFraud after placing an order with us, it’s because NoFraud’s team of fraud analysts have detected an elevated risk associated with your order, or irregular shopping characteristics. This could be for any number of non-fraudulent reasons. Simply confirm the transaction and, once the NoFraud team have given us the all-clear, we’ll dispatch your order.

If you’ve received a NoFraud email about an order you haven’t placed, we recommend you contact your bank or payment provider as soon as possible to let them know your card has been compromised.

NoFraud will never ask you for any personal information, like your full credit card number, or your bank account number. Their team doesn't have access to your credit card information.
