Price Match Policy
We’re pretty convinced our prices are the best around, but if you’ve found a better price for a product we offer, then naturally, we’ll do everything we can to match it. After all, we’re here to make you and your pet happy. It's what we do best!
Want to take us up our Price Match Policy? Visit us in-store, drop us an email or call our customer service team on 1300 004 227 and let us know where you’ve found one of our products cheaper. You’ll need to provide us with proof, which can take the form of a screenshot on your phone, a catalogue clipping, a link or even a competitor’s phone number and we'll take care of the rest!
Here’s everything you need to know about our Price Match Policy:
- The competitor’s product must be 100% identical to the product we’re offering for us to match the price – we’re talking the same flavour, the same size, the same brand, the same colour and the same year of manufacture
- The product offered for price match must be available in stock here at Habitat, as well as stocked by the competitor you’re seeking to price match, in the quantity you’re requesting. Back orders or rainchecks do not apply
- The product for price match must be new, and not a clearance item
- The competitor's price must include all associated costs, including GST & taxes, delivery, freight, fees and charges.
- We cannot offer price matches on orders that have already been completed
- Price matching does not apply to in-store services, like our DIY Dog Wash and grooming services
- Price matching cannot be claimed in conjunction with other competitor’s offers, like gifts with purchase, in-store loyalty points, cash back offers or vouchers
- Habitat reserves the right to refuse to price match for any reason
