If your dog or cat isn’t 100% into their new food, don’t stress. Just send it back! Our Palatability Guarantee covers selected brands, and allows you to return unused dry food for an exchange or full refund.
Just call the Habitat Customer Service team on 1300 004 227 and we’ll let you know how to send the unused portion of your pet’s food back to us. Or, if you're a local, drop in to your nearest Habitat and we can sort it out in-store for you!

- It’s still in its original packaging
- You’ve included your original proof of purchase
- You contact us within thirty days of purchasing the product you'd like to return
You'll need to return the unused portion of your pet's food to us at your own cost. As soon as we've receive your return, we'll contact you to arrange a refund - or you can do an exchange and try a different food! After all, we’re totally convinced you’ll find your pet’s next favourite food right here at Habitat.
