For the safety of our staff and other customers, if you're unwell, please stay at home. Your stock is paid for and will be kept at our store until you’re able to collect it. Or you can contact us to arrange for someone else to collect your order.

We’ll ask you a few questions so we know who you've authorised to collect your order.

You’ll need to bring a form of identification, plus your order number

This is so we can confirm we’re giving the correct order to the correct person. We recommend bringing your drivers’ license, as well as your phone with your order confirmation email.

Please wear a mask

And remember to socially distance while you’re in our store! We have limits on the number of people allowed in our store at once, and you may need to wait outside if we’re at capacity when you visit.
